Party Booking Policy: Your requested date and time will not be held without a deposit. A $50 deposit is required for semi-private parties and a $30 deposit is required for open play parties. Deposits are non-refundable, but if the party is canceled with at least 7 days notice the party may be rescheduled to a different available date and time; subject to restrictions. initial here. Bounce Town’s mission is to provide a safe and fun facility for children’s parties of all occasions. Due to limited space and occupancy codes, we must limit the total party size to 40 people maximum. Party Policies: · All participants must have a signed waiver and wear socks in order to play. · Parties are semi-private unless noted otherwise. · Parties are 2 hours in length. Playtime always comes first. · Guests will not be allowed to use the party room during playtime. · Only pizza or sub-sandwiches may be brought in; snacks such as chips are acceptable, but no dips or salsa. · Balloons or ice cream may not be brought in, they must be purchased from Bounce Town. · No outside appliances may be brought in. · No pińatas. · Inflatable inventory is subject to change. · Management reserves the right to add or delete policy items without notice. Tips For A Successful Party: · Send invitations out 2 weeks prior to the party. · Let guests know if you are serving additional food or cake and punch only. · Let guests know if siblings are invited. Address invitations to all children that are invited. · 1 week prior to the party decide on additional Bounce Town services such as balloons or a photo CD. · 2 days prior to the party contact guests that have not RSVP’d to get a final headcount · Arrive no more than 5 - 10 minutes early to greet guests. · Arrange for food to arrive no more than 10 - 15 minutes before you party moves into the party room as we do not have a warmer. |
